THE VIETNAM WAR: 1945-1975 (MURALS)

Curated by Marci Reaven & Lily Wong, these murals were a collaboration between artists: Matt Huynh, Bari Resnick, Mark Wang and MJ Steele, done under the direction of Matt Huynh. They consist of two 24 x 6' murals, developed in close consultation with curators, historians, exhibition designers and military experts at the New York Historical Society. The pieces were created for the 2018 exhibition covering the causes, progression, and impact of the Vietnam War. One mural depicts the 'Homefront' in the US during 1966-67 while the other depicts the 'Warfront' in South Vietnam. More information about the exhibition can be found here.
